Apartment 724 - Casa da Calma - is a luxury two-bedroom holiday apartment in the green oasis of Balaia Golf Village near Albufeira.

The apartment is modern, airy and well equipped, situated on the first floor with a sunny terrace overlooking the golf course. It has full cooking and washing facilities, is air conditioned throughout, with a charcoal barbecue, satellite TV/DVD and complementary broadband internet.

All the site facilities are readily accessible on foot (6 pool complexes, club house and restaurants, gymnasium, indoor pool and tennis courts). A supermarket, cafe and hair salon are at the entrance to the site with other larger supermarkets a short drive away.

The apartment has a full-equipped kitchen and large dining table as well as outdoor furniture to cater for all your holiday meals as if you were at home. There are two large bathrooms, one en suite, a separate laundry, plenty of storage and parking directly in front of the building.
